Boss Priester makes his LOCUS debut with his bustling four-track 'Hotel Dijon' EP.

Working diligently in the studio to develop his own take on minimal house and techno, The Hague-based DJ/producer Boss Priester is beginning to reap rewards and emerge as another stand-out talent in his country's electronic hotbed of talent. Garnering support from artists such as Dungeon Meat, East End Dubs, Michel de Hey, Dr. Banana, and Alec Falconer, his releases on What NxT and Dark Side Of The Sun have accompanied his appearances at venues including Thuishaven, Colorado Charlie, and Lovelee. Another fan of the young Dutchman is FUSE and LOCUS boss Enzo Siragusa, and at the end of September, he makes his label debut with his four-track 'Hotel Dijon' EP.

Leading the charge, the title track 'Hotel Dijon' comes loaded with raw drum grooves, cosmic synth work, and menacing, all-encompassing sub-bass for a weighty opener destined to do serious dancefloor damage, while the captivating 'ROF66' blends eerie stabs with swinging rhythmic drums and lively basslines for another hard-hitting anthem. Next, 'SUP01' keeps things in a similar vein with punchy percussive arrangements that link with playful sound design laced with swift FX, before closing out the show with the energetic, bass-driven sonics of his final effort, 'Wek'.
