📌 All the vinyl records in our catalog are brand new; they are never used for videos or demonstrations.

Shipping Times and Costs:

We ship our orders via UPS and FedEx:

• Standard shipping: $150 flat rate to all of Mexico, with delivery in 1 to 5 business days (most packages arrive in 3 days or less).
• Express shipping: $200, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days. UPS and FedEx guarantee next-business-day delivery.

If your order is $1,500 or more, standard shipping is free.

We strive to process and dispatch our orders on the same day. However, sometimes this process can take up to 48 hours.

We offer pickup in CDMX. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Saturdays between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. We will notify you by email as soon as it is ready. If your order comes in before 11 am on Tuesday or Saturday, it will be shipped the same day. 
👉 Pickups in CDMX are made at 99 Records, where we have a wide selection from our catalog, which is updated weekly.

📌 New service: We offer the service of holding your purchases until you reach the minimum amount for free shipping.
You just need to select "CDMX pickup" so that you are not charged for shipping, send us an email after completing your purchase to: gabriel@tenampa.mx and share your order number so we can hold your records.
Once several orders are grouped, we can send them with free shipping.

Payment Methods and Promotions: 
We accept payments with debit and credit cards, SPEI transfers, and OXXO payments. 

We offer 3 interest-free installments with any credit card. You can also pay with Mercado Pago or PayPal for purchases over $3,000 pesos.

Pre-order:
We give you the option to reserve your vinyl releases before they hit the market. Our commitment is to do our best to get your vinyl to you on the same day as the worldwide release. However, sometimes logistical factors beyond our control could cause delays. Pre-ordering ensures that we reserve a copy for you.

If your order includes both available vinyl and pre-orders, we can coordinate with you the shipping option you prefer: We can send the available vinyl first and then, in a future order, include the pre-order titles, or if you prefer, send them in a separate order.
We are committed to adapting to your needs and ensuring you receive your products in the most convenient way for you.

Rewards:
Our rewards program is specially designed to thank our customers.
With each purchase they make, customers will earn points that will accumulate in their profile. The number of points earned will be directly related to the amount spent: for every peso spent, you will earn 1 point. These points can be used in future purchases to obtain additional benefits.

Enrollment in our program is free and can be easily done through our platform. Simply click the 'Rewards' button to get started. Additionally, to welcome our new customers, we give away 2000 points that can be spent on our site.

Creating a profile will allow you to make your purchases faster and more conveniently.

Packaging and Shipping Clarification:
For packaging, we primarily use recycled and recyclable packaging materials. To avoid waste, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible without compromising the transport safety of our merchandise.

Carbon-neutral shipping is not yet the norm, but the shipping service providers we work with have publicly stated their commitment to reducing their carbon emissions through specific actions. We know that low shipping costs are important for most of you, and we work to offer attractive conditions.
