I Need You features a throbbing kick drum with a breaky feel, while pulsating industrial notes are attacked by dark, fuzzy phrases laden with reverb, more threat than melody, until the breakdown gives way to a sudden explosion of melodic and euphoric synths, a high-pitched, soulful, and celebratory vocal, and a masterful drop. Resonant, compulsive, and complex.

Activate is a slightly faster, harder techno track, with high-velocity, pitched arpeggios that start with energy, but are soon pierced by random industrial hits, chopped vocal snippets, and doppler-like sweeps that add a sinister note, while hesitant, almost drowned-out piano chords force their way through. Powerful, high-energy, and unsettling.
