Mathias Kaden announces the release of his LP Three Decades on Rekids, available from April 3, 2026. The single "Fyutr," featuring Zoë Xenia and a remix by the legendary Dennis Ferrer, is already available for listening.

This is his third studio album, following Studio 10 (2009, Vakant) and Energetic (2015, Freunden Am Tanzen). Three Decades brings together nine tracks and celebrates Kaden's 30-year career as one of the most solid and enduring figures in German house and techno.

The album opens with a self-titled introduction in which Mathias Kaden expresses his gratitude to those closest to him before delving into his characteristic deep and emotive house sound. Tracks like "Keep Balance" set the tone with powerful, deep basslines, precise and driving drums, and occasional vocal snippets, while "I Got You," featuring Cassy, provides a moment of high energy and soul for the dancefloor.

Recalling his work under the alias Mathimidori, the dub character of "Getting Closer" sets the stage for "Inner Signal," a piece that ventures into more eccentric electro territory. The second disc changes course with "Next Wave" and "Shelter," resuming an accelerated rave energy driven by pianos. Then comes "Viral," with powerful drums and excellent stab chord work, before the album closes with "Fyutr," his collaboration with Zoë Xenia, a track already supported by Honey Dijon, DJ Deep, Laurent Garnier, and many others.

Active since the mid-nineties, Mathias Kaden quickly became one of the most representative artists of the burgeoning German rave scene. He began releasing music in the early 2000s, initially collaborating with Marek Hemmann on a series of EPs for Freude Am Tanzen, before consolidating his solo career with over two dozen EPs released on labels such as Desolat, Watergate Records, Pets Recordings, Diynamic, Ovum, and Cocoon.

Since his Rekids debut in 2019 with the EP Control Your Mind, Kaden has released several projects for the label and continues to be a regular artist in their catalog. In addition to his own productions, he has remixed artists such as DJ Koze, KiNK, Monika Kruse, Trentemøller, and Sven Väth. Under his alias Mathimidori, he has explored a more spacious sound with releases on Mule Musiq, Ornaments, and Freund der Familie, and also released an additional album, Akebono, on Echocord.
