Magari / Ilija Rudman - M.A.D RECORDS 012 [M.A.D Records 012]

MAD012 has arrived! Or as we've been calling it: the 'M.A.D Garage' EP (as in Paradise Garage). Receiving tracks from Magari and Ilija Rudman so close together, we felt they were a perfect fit. Both productions nod to the 80s house sound, masterfully updating that aesthetic.

Magari delivers a dubby groove ideal for closing your eyes and letting go, while Rudman offers a winding, synth-laden journey that provides a sonic glimpse into his well-stocked studio.

Collaborating with the inimitable Mark Seven has always been at the top of our list. His music is a staple in our sets and, as many know, he's something of a guiding light within our scene. Any fan of Parkway Records knows it's always an exciting day when they announce something new, so suffice it to say we are proud to feature a Parkway Powermix on M.A.D.

Finally, our good friend, the extremely versatile producer/DJ Manuel Darquart closes out the record with a sublime, flowing reinterpretation of ‘Danceteria’. If somehow you weren’t already familiar, now you are.
