Known for his recent excellent work on the Make-A-Dance crew’s MAD Edits series, Lex brings his signature sample-heavy style to this quartet of club and festival-ready tracks. With a sound recalling Bob Sinclar over a powerhouse electro production, ‘Get Into The Sound’ kicks off the record with a party, followed by the innovative ‘Russle Love,’ with its melancholic vocals floating over a pulsing, elastic bassline. On the flip, ‘Warmer’ takes us to a darker early morning vibe, with heavy bass, aggressive 80’s synths, and abstract vocal samples.
