In the next installment of Toolroom Records’ 4-track vinyl sampler series, we welcome Los Angeles-based DJ and producer Noizu, who makes his debut on the label with his remix of Mark Knight, Green Velvet & Rene Amesz’s “Live Stream.” Digging into the label’s 2016 archives and bringing back a Toolroom classic, Noizu delivers a powerful rendition of “Live Stream,” elevating the energy of the original to a new level and updating it for 2023 dancefloors.

Next up, and returning to the label during the 20th-anniversary celebrations, none other than Danny Howard returns with a reinforced edit of another Toolroom classic: Adrian Hour’s “Hear What They Hear.” A secret weapon for DJs worldwide, originally released in 2016 on Adrian Hour’s Like This EP, this B-side became an unexpected hero that is still hammered in the booth today by the likes of John Summit and Eats Everything. After making waves at Glastonbury Festival this year and beyond, Danny's update has transformed a track with a solid reputation on the dancefloor into a certified missile.

Then comes an authentic banger signed by two renowned producers in the scene, Watermät and Raumakustik, with their debut collaboration “Out Of My Head.” Fusing each artist’s signature sounds—from Raumakustik’s solid production to Watermät’s knack for catchy and quirky vocals—“Out Of My Head” is a potential dancefloor weapon.

Last but not least, another label debut arrives courtesy of London-based DJ and producer Deeper Purpose, who lands with a hard-hitting tech house roller titled “The Stutter.” An artist making waves across the dance music spectrum, Deeper Purpose is quickly becoming a household name thanks to devastating releases on highly prestigious labels such as Off The Grid, Catch & Release, and Repopulate Mars. A must-have track in his sets, “The Stutter” has rocked dancefloors worldwide, from Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas to Club Space and Ministry of Sound, and beyond.
