The master of boogie and funk, Don Tim Tucker, originally from Northern California and half of the duo Love Cryme, has been digging through his archives to deliver two tracks on this new limited vinyl release from Trusechool, both remixed by Knoe1. First up is the brilliant, euphoric boogie of 'U Cant Run', with retro synth work and a seductive vocal that quickly sticks with you. On the other hand, 'Disco Lights' (Knoe1 rework) remains deep and romantic, with choppy disco percussion, improvised jazz chords, and spectacular synth work.
