Tape Pack - World Unknown [Loom Recordings]

Inspired by the cassette packs friends shared in 90s playgrounds, Tape Pack's debut release on the new Loom Recordings label seeks to convey the essence and spirit of golden-era jungle/D&B, updated to incorporate influences from today's vibrant and diverse electronic music community. Too young for '95 raves, but buying records and experimenting with production since the early 2000s, the time has come for Tape Pack to step up and start sharing their work. Classic and modern meet: elements of the past, present, and future intertwine to shape LOOM-001, with LOOM-002 and LOOM-003 already on the way.

Loom's debut release will be accompanied by a special event on August 24, 2024, at The Glove That Fits, London. Artists for the night will include: Datassette, Equinox, Forest Drive West, Kid Drama, L Major, and more.
