Subb-an - Wobble EP [Semi Delicious]

Subb-an joins the Semi Delicious family for their 17th release with the aptly titled 'Wobble' EP, complete with a remix from label boss Demi Riquísimo. The release marks yet another progression in the label's sonic development as Subb-an contributes a collection of hard-hitting, no-filler tracks that fit perfectly into the label’s varied and forward-thinking catalog. 'Liquid Sun' opens the release. A subtle and steady track that uses a classic organ with acid basslines to get things rolling. Next up is 'Contact', a heavy track on the lower end that brings with it a dark and contemplative tone and house drums with enveloping rhythms. The A-side concludes with 'Balance', a more ethereal track that uses classic deep house motifs while remaining inherently modern. The titular track 'Wobble' opens the B-side, doing exactly what it says on the tin, and the EP concludes with the main man, Demi, tasked with remixing, putting his own inimitable spin on the aforementioned track.
