Macedonian artist Stojche kicks off Mutual Rytm X's 2025 calendar with his explosive new EP, Stomping Ground.

Originally from Skopje and currently based in Madrid, Stojche is a DJ and producer with over two decades of experience in the underground electronic music circuit. He leads his own label, Tangible Assets, and his music is inspired by classic Detroit sounds and dub techno. In 2024, he stood out with his EP Metaphor on F.U.S.E., and after his acclaimed participation in Mutual Rytm's Federation of Rytm II compilation, he now presents his first EP of the year with his debut on X, Mutual Rytm's sister label, helmed by SHDW.

The EP kicks off with Stomping Ground, a powerful blend of firmly programmed kicks and reverberating percussive lines. Textured percussion shines over speedy rhythms that irresistibly draw you to the dance floor. This is followed by Oberheim, another high-impact track with contained melodies floating over twisted and incessant drums and bass, brimming with machine soul and analog warmth. Consequence maintains the tension with raw and precise percussion, softened by blurred dub chords that add depth. As a digital bonus, The Vault closes the EP with thumping kicks and synth stabs ready to ignite the dance floor during peak hours.
