Space Dimension Controller has managed to find an individual voice in the field of 80s synth-pop influenced house music, and this is in no small part due to the sheer emotion he pours into his music. With "Neuclidea", he arrives at Running Back for the first time with a series of magnificent and sophisticated cuts. There's a quirky nuance to the synth design on the title track, while "Life Window" plays with nimble arpeggios in search of a forceful theme with equally remarkable intelligence. "Sunset Operator" has a slightly more energetic character in its rhythm, but SDC can't help but make things heartbreakingly beautiful in the process.
