Born and raised in Sicily, but now based in Berlin, SLV is known for his innovative approach to techno and its various facets. He has released music on renowned labels such as Soma and has received support from key industry figures, who respect his ability to merge old-school vibes with modern production techniques. Outside of the club, he also produces music for film soundtracks, adding a cinematic flair to his techno cuts. He is a master of both analogue and digital technologies, a true audio engineer who creates unique and captivating sounds.

Having previously appeared on the Federation of Rytm III compilation, SLV returns to SHDW's Mutual Rytm imprint with his Night Echoes EP to kick off October.

Graustufen opens with potent drum programming and sparkling percussion dancing over the groove, while a thumping bass brings serious low-end weight. The superb Grand Cayman is another powerful techno weapon, this time with icy synth atmospheres and an eerie aura pervading the precise drum and bass programming, delivering an unstoppable force.

Voids brings urgent funk with its tight and stacked kicks, accompanied by suspended pads that keep you relentlessly immersed in the moment. Elastik Pho evokes the classic Detroit sound with its soulful, uplifting, and beautiful hi-tek stylings and grooves.

Last but not least, That Night showcases SLV's extraordinary range by incorporating soulful vocal loops and upbeat chords over thunderous drums, designed to send dancefloors into ecstasy.

The EP includes two additional digital cuts: Basic Uno, a raw, percussive, and direct banger, and Persistence Of Memory, a minimalist, glitchy, and dubby techno track ideal for strobe-lit warehouses.
