A surprise debut on Housewax by Kurt Spichiger, head of the Vibes & Grooves label and a Swiss producer whose extensive career also includes EPs on Local Talk, Morris Audio, Kolour LTD, Nervous Records, and Yore Records.

The EP brings together four impeccably constructed tracks. It opens with "Eruption," laden with vibrant musical colors, comfortable synth riffs, and deep house grooves with a slight Italo influence. Spichiger delves into his love for colorful synthesizers and warm electric piano motifs in the beautiful "Time Is On Your Side," before opting for unleashed organ solos, deep and dubby bass, and high percussive energy in "Saturday Night Grooves." This solid work closes with the garage-house and jazz-house hybrid that is "Missed Opportunity."
