Sasha's streak of collaborations continues to burn bright, this time alongside Manchester duo Cortese. The duo last appeared on Last Night On Earth in 2024.

A huge 2025 saw electronic titan Sasha join forces with a mixture of pioneers and new generation figures. He collaborated with artists such as Artche, Henry Saiz and Joseph Ashworth, always pushing forward his trademark sound: built upon meticulous synth craftsmanship, immersive grooves and loaded with an uncommon level of universal emotion.

Cortese represents a new school with an emotionally rich blend of garage, breaks and house. They lead their own label, Plaza Recordings, and in addition to being featured on Sasha's LUZoSCURA compilation, they released their ‘All U Do’ EP here in December 2024. Following appearances alongside tastemakers like Bicep and Mike Skinner, they now join one of dance music's most recognizable names.

The result is ‘One’, a deep and celestial odyssey with warm and flexible drums imbued with a subtle garage swing. Wordless vocals melt into the mix, intensifying the sensuality, while majestic arpeggios and bright chords illuminate the atmosphere. It is an irresistible invitation for the dance floor to take off on a wave of contained hope and optimism, never losing sight of the groove that keeps everything connected.

On the flip side comes the fantastic ‘U Disappear’, a potential Balearic anthem: the synths are expansive and sun-drenched, while the bass is dark and enveloping. Balearic piano chords weave through the mix alongside expansive pads and soft, wordless vocals, bringing a dreamy nuance to a powerful piece both physically and spiritually.
