Rene returns to the SK11X series after his brilliant debut on the label. This time, he does so with four finely crafted techno cuts, as only Rene knows how to do.
Relentless grooves and a deeper look into his particular sound design prowess: these tracks are timeless in both sound and production quality.
"Fuego" opens as A1 with its accelerated base and FM sounds. "Tell Me," as A2, reduces the elements down to a rolling drum track. "Tizer" settles back into a percussive and syncopated groove, with prominent claps and a leading vocal stab. The warm, arpeggiated backdrop of "Speeding" closes the EP in style.
