Born in Egypt and based in Barcelona, Raxon debuts on Lone Romantic with a two-track EP in which he takes a decisive step towards breakbeat territories.

With more than 20 years of experience as a DJ, Raxon's musical journey began in his teenage years, influenced by rock, hip-hop, and trance from the late 90s. He later found his place in the Barcelona scene, from where he began releasing music on some of the most respected electronic music labels, including Kompakt, Ellum, Cocoon, and Turbo Recordings.

'Vision Mission' is destined to make heads nod from the very first beat: a contained but firm rhythm, with precise breaks interwoven in a two-step swing with a marked British essence, supported by a harsh and shifting bassline, while a distorted voice snakes through the mix like a high-voltage cable.

Meanwhile, 'Wrong Song' delves into contemporary, physical, and forceful drum & bass territory. A deep and relentless undulating bassline relentlessly drives the track, while sharp mechanical elements and an abrasive midrange give it an industrial character and devastating intensity.
