KEY Vinyl welcomes the young Argentine duo Translate & Pulso. Playful, sci-fi-oriented, yet sticky and grounding sounds. And so it continues: "Ocular Optics" kicks off the tour offering a more relaxed rhythm and tools for the dance floor. The common thread among all tracks, A1 introduces an arp sequence with bleep effects that adds dimension to the strong percussion elements. An energetic kick drum and fragments of a voice crown the set, ideal for layering. "Global Agreement" slightly shifts the emotional tone towards a more sinister and dark energy. Powerful low frequencies merge with fluid pads and mysterious bleep effects, creating a very special atmosphere, a suggestion. Moving on to the B-side, "Nodes 2962" definitely makes an impression... a macabre soundtrack that follows Krueger's nocturnal actions... Finally, "Backup Quest" extends the unsettling atmosphere that adheres beneath rich atmospheric textures.
