Skepta & Jammer - Touching My Body feat. Etta Bond / Jammin

Following their successful launch at London’s iconic KOKO, Mercury Prize-winning MC, producer and creative Skepta, together with Jammer, the renowned founder of Lord Of The Mics, continue to stand out as they establish their new Más Tiempo project. Taking the sound from London to Miami and Milan via standout DJ sets before returning to Ibiza for their debut at the World’s No.1 Club Hï alongside The Martinez Brothers, the co-founders link up once again as they deliver the second instalment of their house music focussed imprint.

Set for release on 30th June 2023, the BBK stalwarts are joined by OddChild Music favourite and British singer-songwriter Etta Bond, who reunites with the Big Smoke Records boss following their 2012 record, ‘Mastermind’. Together they deliver a resonant, soulful anthem built for the summer months with ‘Touching My Body’, showcasing a deeper, more profound side to their sound.

Harnessing Bond’s alluring, absorbing vocals and weaving in rich, sun-drenched melodies, precise percussive arrangements and engulfing leads that create a captivating journey through the sounds, ‘Touching My Body’ delivers a production perfect for bustling daytime terraces and unforgettable moments in the early hours.

Welcoming another new name to the Más Tiempo family, the B-side features an impactful label debut from fellow Grime talent and London-based musician/producer Jus Jammin, who features under the moniker Jammin and showcases his own explorations in house music. On ‘Down Shovel’, he calls upon crisp, driving drums, zig-zagging synths, bubbling leads and distorted vocals, serving up a potent dose of dancefloor ammunition that has been causing a stir in Skepta’s recent DJ sets.
