Cassy - E.T Ascension EP (Persuader Remix)

Cassy returns with 'E.T.Ascension', a short trip through the house and techno sounds she adores. With this release, she revisits the simple methods she used to employ when making music in previous years while living in Berlin with her then-husband, who helped her build her home studio in the living room. As an established sound engineer himself, she learned a lot from him during the process, and using mainly just an 808 and a computer, the pair produced the main parts of these tracks together, with Cassy finishing them herself last summer. This reminded her of the peculiarity that makes her productions so great, which is what she has highlighted in this release, enjoying the feeling of freedom using the machine again and reliving the sensations she had when first using the machine, how fresh, new, and unique the sounds were.
