The Legion of Boogie Down returns with their sophomore album, cleverly titled Powerdance II. It's been 8 years since the critically acclaimed The Lost Art of Getting Down was recognised by The Guardian as one of the albums of the year. This time around the band of misfits add an extra touch of extravagance to their futuristic vision of late-night and basement club music.

Formed as a collective by Luke Solomon in 2017 the music was a reaction to the continual evolution of genres. The new album is a continuation of that concept. This time around he is joined by musical partner Chris Penny, rising star Josh Ludlow and original band members Alinka and Lance Desardi amongst others. The live fusion of wild synths, drums and percussion by the legendary Holly Madge takes the band into outer space with their psychedelic spin on disco, funk and house.
