Morgan Geist - Quadrilocular EP [Environ]

"Quadrilocular EP", Morgan Geist's debut 12", originally released in 1994 on Metamorphic Recordings, has been remastered from the original tapes and includes artwork inspired by the 1994 edition. A melodic Midwest techno classic, Geist composed, recorded, and mixed the project with minimal, tape-based gear in his college dorm room in Ohio. Even so, the sophisticated programming and meticulous mixing techniques that would characterize his later discography were already evident.
