After FATPOD-58 (2020) and his contribution to Freude am Tanzen's latest compilation, Module One now presents his first solo EP for the Jena label: Freude am Tanzen. The record combines minimalistic, functional dub techno with subtly playful ambient textures, complemented by a rework from Japanese producer Yone-Ko (Closer Kiew).

On the A-side, "Against The Tide" and "Utopia" are clearly dancefloor-oriented: both tracks merge deep house, minimal, and techno influences into versatile tracks that fit a wide variety of DJ sets. The B-side, with "It's November Again" and Yone-Ko's reinterpretation, opens up the sonic spectrum, moving between introspective listening and more subtle grooves.

A release that balances functionality and atmosphere, ideal for attentive listening, letting go, or dancing.
