Milo Raad returns to Rotterdam's most prominent label, Mord Records, with an excellent follow-up to his previous release, the Blood Pressure EP. This new work starts strong with Bushido, an avalanche of synths and hi-hats that immediately pulls you in. Flash Point offers a more minimalist approach, with a hypnotic fusion of kicks and percussions ideal for getting lost at five in the morning. Yawara explores deep techno traversed by haunting and enveloping synths that evoke a desolate urban landscape. Finally, Detour closes the EP with a direct assault on the mind and body through relentless rhythmic pressure.
