With “Another Day In My Life,” Louie Vega incorporates elements of Charles Johnson’s classic “Never Had A Love So Good” (fully authorized and licensed by the legendary Henry Stone Music Company), and creates a soulful, driving, and infectious club anthem that dominated DJ download platforms prior to its vinyl release. On the AA side, Louie works with his long-time collaborator Axel Tosca, as well as legendary Chicago DJ/Vocalist Mike Dunn, to create their own very soulful and NYC-flavored interpretation of Pepe Bradock’s renowned 1999 track Deep Burnt, made, of course, with Pepe Bradock's blessing and appreciation.
