Irish techno producer Kerrie returns to Tresor Records on October 24, 2025, with her second EP for the label. Titled Echoes Of The Live Wire, this collection captures the beauty and essence of a live performance; a moment in time that will never be repeated.

This fixation on time also takes on a different meaning as the EP explores how intense moments in our lives, both joyful and painful, are crystallized in memory, being both beautiful and disturbing, and remaining long after they have passed.

Overlapping meanings are employed throughout the work as Kerrie develops this idea: Live Wire establishes connections between electronic circuits and the human nervous system, while also playing with the multiple senses of the word “live”.

Echoes Of channels classic Detroit techno influences, resonating with the distant hum of memories that refuse to fade, while Moment To Memory is a percussion-less, floating track that slowly builds to an ecstatic climax.

The digital bonus tracks Recircuit and Reclaim add further depth to the central metaphor: the former, an exercise in minimalist but growing and energetic techno; the latter, a cathartic and emotionally open track that combines intensity with vulnerability.

Echoes Of The Live Wire reflects on memory as a complex and dual force, where joy and pain coexist with equal weight. Her creative process becomes a form of meditation and emotional processing, using machines to process, reflect, and release. The result is a body of work that feeds back into itself, telling the story of fleeting moments and their lasting emotional imprints.
