Karen Nyame KG - The Remedy / Ritual [One Level]

Karen Nyame KG, known as the “Goddess of Rhythm,” is releasing her EP ‘The Remedy / Ritual’. Uncompromising, The Remedy is a “classic bounce-heavy house soul with infusions of brilliant, sultry jazz,” according to KG. “Summer vibes at their finest,” just in time for the arrival of warmer weather in the UK.

The Remedy is out now, while she is also promoting the new track ‘Ritual,’ about which she says: “I pay homage to my Afro-electronic and percussive roots with Ritual, which is completely opposite to The Remedy. Ritual is powerful in the low frequencies, seductive with hypnotic trumpets, an earth-shaking bassline, and a steady rhythm. This track is a true club weapon.”

The Remedy and Ritual are available on 12” vinyl from the newly established London-based label, One Level.
