John De La Noise has a perfect name and a notable knack for crafting subtly futuristic house that, at the same time, pays homage to classic Chicago and Detroit forerunners. 'Virtual Feelings' is full of ethereal sci-fi pads and analogue drums; 'Mighty Realty' is heavier and dubby, with stylish vocal touches lending soul; and 'I Want Your Love (1999-2024 rework Trax mix)' is pure slow-burn euphoria, an excellent re-take on a classic. 'Need Someone (Not Just Any mix)' closes things out with rougher analogue textures and darker house grooves, perfect for the warehouse.
