Jimpster - Crave EP [Freerange]

Jimpster presents the first single titled Crave, previewing his upcoming album Silent Stars, accompanied by remixes from Atjazz and Flabaire. In its original version, Crave, featuring vocals from promising Londoner Florence Rawlings, is an emotionally charged electronic track that stays in your mind from the first listen. The spatial chords and accompanying string touches evoke flashes of the 80s, while Florence's soft voice floats in the air like a fresh sea breeze.

In addition to the mesmerizing original, we present two brilliant and contrasting remixes: one by legendary British producer Atjazz and another by rising Parisian star Flabaire, whose D.KO Records label has released gem after gem since 2013. Atjazz takes Crave to outer space with a powerful groove and twisted sonorities, creating a deep and avant-garde piece of sonic gold. In contrast, Flabaire transports us to the early 2000s with his reinterpretation of classic soulful house, reminiscent of Spinna and vintage Naked Music sounds.

To close this release, we find another original track titled Where You Are, featuring Khalil Anthony, an American based in Berlin. Here, Jimpster does what he does best: creating a sublime club track for the night, with his characteristic musical touch that makes it a piece that will stand out from the crowd.
