Impérieux - Fantasmagorii [Pampa]

The elusive Impérieux ventures into the fantastical world of Pampa, under the direction of DJ Koze, with three tracks of masterful and genre-bending electronica.

It’s no surprise that this Turkish/Bulgarian native finds himself orbiting around the Hamburg-based label boss. DJ Koze has been a long-time supporter of Impérieux’s music; his adventurous DJ sets often find their dramatic peaks or existential lows with one of the producer's audacious dancefloor soundscapes.

Now based in Berlin, Impérieux’s music dives deep into the sounds of his heritage, taking inspiration from Bulgarian folklore, the twisted and cut-up Turkish dialect, as well as the raw underworld of his new surroundings.

With "Fantasmagorii," Impérieux explores his sonic boundaries with techniques inspired by the label boss himself.
