Ignez - Aventurine EP [Token]

Ignez is a regular on the Token label and now returns home with another textural techno adventure, full of well-designed open spaces that captivate you. The title track, "Aventurine," quite minimalist, begins with fluid drums and only the most skillful synth details detach from the groove alongside more intense bursts and occasional vocal whispers. It's an atmospheric proposal in which "Seraphic" is more unsettling and paranoid in its synth sounds. "Verdant" is more direct and visceral with its whipping lines and sharp-edged drums, while "Cure" is a fast-paced dub beat.
