British electronic music producer Hidden Spheres creates music characterized by warm and emotional house rhythms with elements of jazz, disco, and funk. He has released music on labels such as Lobster Theremin, Rhythm Section International, and Distant Hawaii; his latest work comes through the new incarnation of the latter: Distant Horizon. The EP titled "The Waiting" showcases the laid-back depth of the title track, with a smooth and enveloping atmosphere that continues on 'Upsndown' on the A-side of the vinyl. On the other side, the exciting and dusty late-night jam 'Be A Man' evokes Moodymann classics, followed by a hypnotic slow-motion disco journey called 'Bill Loves You'.
