A key figure of the underground and a long-standing advocate for melodic and progressive sound, Guy Gerber returns to his own label Rumors with Every Time We Say Goodbye, a new EP that proves he continues to evolve his style without losing his characteristic essence.

Gerber has been a fundamental part of the underground scene for years, headlining some of the world's most respected clubs and festivals, bringing new party concepts to Ibiza, and delivering serene, synth-laden soundscapes that move both body and emotions on labels such as Cocoon, Italians Do It Better, and, of course, Rumors.

Every Time We Say Goodbye (feat. Blanca) is light and melodic, with bright pads and ethereal textures. Blanca's treated vocals float naturally over enveloping percussion and delicate synth melodies, providing a warm, emotional energy that feels both modern and timeless.

The 18th Floor is a hypnotic journey built on deep, dub-influenced bass grooves and fluid, winding melodic lines. Angelic vocal snippets, bathed in reverb, cut through the mix and create a dreamlike atmosphere, perfect for both peak energy moments and more introspective passages.

On the B-side is Under the Same Moon, an introspective journey through deep emotions within atmospheric house. It's a sonic meditation, melancholic yet hopeful, with textures that evoke memories at sunset and a more reflective dance floor. Finally, The Bigger Person takes a more relaxed approach, driven by warm guitar lines that highlight Guy's instrumental prowess.
