Gustavo Bassani - Domme Sesh EP [Planet Rhythm]

Brazilian Gustavo Bassani quietly releases another EP for Planet Rhythm. "Domme Sesh" is a careful reflection on peaktime intensity and pressurized trances, presenting four subtle and shadowy tracks that unfold slowly. We open with "Chromatic Therapy," which leans more into hard techno than any other track on the EP and vibrates with a brilliant lead chord; then there's the title track and "Collision," both reminiscent of the polyrhythmic experiments of NON's legendary Psyk; and finally the beeps, gurgles, grunts, and whispers of "Sauna." We're not sure what kind of saunas Bassani has been visiting, but they certainly sound futuristic.
