Danny Krivit’s superb re-edit of Gary’s Gang’s classic, “Let’s Lovedance Tonight,” first appeared on Nervous Records in 2007, and has since become a highly sought-after item for disco DJs. So this reissue is more than welcome. The genius of Krivit's razor work is that he simply highlights the sections of the original track that dancefloors want to hear; in particular, the acoustic guitar and organ-heavy groove, the powerful drum breaks, and the slinky saxophone lines. It’s simple, but devilishly effective.
