Fort Romeau - Beings Of Light [Ghostly International]

Some seven years after his last full album outing, Fort Romeau has finally released a new long-player. "Beings of Light" is a beautiful and picturesque affair, with the Chester-born producer adding waves of alluring synth sounds, colourful electronics, cascading guitars, dusty samples and loved-up melodies to solid deep house grooves. Album highlights include the bluesy, post jazz-house style number called "The Truth," the sunset techno extravagance on "Power of Grace," the solid and energetic rhythm of "Ramona," and the dreaminess and delight of the title track "Beings of Light."
