According to their website, Too Slow To Disco Edits' latest recruits, the Flying Mojito Brothers, are "two country-disco mashers blazing a trail through the big electronic jungle." The two edits showcased on this delightful red ten-inch vinyl largely stick to the disco end of their output, and are a little faster and more peak-time friendly than some of Too Slow To Disco's other output. The clear highlight is undoubtedly A-side "Good Feeling", a constantly building affair that rolls along on a rubbery bassline and soulful disco groove before introducing the soaring vocals and expansive instrumentation of its (rather good) source material. Flip to the other side for "Fadin' West", a sunset-ready revision of a swampy disco/funk AOR favorite that chugs along at an appealingly low-slung pace.
