Echonomist debuts on Rekids with the My Religion EP. Following his recent remix for Frankey & Sandrino on the label, he now presents collaborations with OVEOUS and Ede.

Greek artist Echonomist, real name Petros Manganaris, returns to Rekids with the 'My Religion' EP, arriving January 30th 2026, including collaborations with OVEOUS and Ede. This release follows his 2025 remix for Frankey & Sandrino, which received support from HAAi, John Digweed, Auntie Flo and more, in addition to his recent music on labels such as Habitat, Innervisions, and its sub-label Exit Strategy.

'My Religion' opens with the title track, where he joins forces with Hyper Soul founder OVEOUS for a hypnotic, repetitive cut driven by an alarm-like sequence and psychedelic-tinged spoken word. OVEOUS returns on ‘We Surrender’, bringing distorted, psychedelic phrases over a deep bassline and infectious handclap groove. On the B-side, Echonomist collaborates with fellow Innervisions artist Ede on 'The Heat', a powerful, straight-to-the-floor track, loaded with imposing sirens, snare rolls, and funky samples. Petros closes the EP solo with 'Master Groove', stripping back the percussion as echo-laden vocal lines float over an irresistible bassline, completing a versatile release aimed at both adventurous listeners and peak-time dancefloor moments.

Greek DJ, producer, and performer Petros Manganaris adopted the Echonomist moniker in 2008 and has since cemented himself through his prolific output on labels such as Innervisions, Afterlife, Kompakt, and TAU, alongside collaborations with artists like WhoMadeWho and multiple remixes for prominent names such as Âme, Ry X, and Stephan Bodzin.
