Who or what is/are Duzer? Nobody knows, but this is their third vinyl release on their own self-titled label, and it brings a couple of edits that have already been making waves in the underground circuit. On the A-side, Duzer intervenes on the Saint Etienne classic, “Only Love Can Break Your Heart,” transforming it into a tougher, techno-driven roller, ready for peak-time dance floors. Flipping it over, the magic continues with a hypnotic reinterpretation of Timmy Thomas’ timeless “Why Can’t We Live Together,” combining a raw groove with the refinement of modern production. Both cuts further solidify Duzer's reputation as one of the most intriguing and essential projects of the moment.
