If you’ve never heard of Dope Dog, don’t worry: it was one of the many little-used aliases of legendary Dutch producer Orlando Voorn back in the mid-90s. ‘Keep House Unda Ground’ is the most well-known of them. Originally released in 1995, it returns to vinyl in 2026 via Rawax. The main track is typical of Voorn’s work at the time, combining intense, stinging deep house sounds with frenetic, energetic rhythms reminiscent of his more recognized mid-90s techno productions. As back then, it is accompanied by his own grooving, sweaty ‘Old Skool Mix’, Ziki & Debre’s hard-hitting, effects-laden techno remix, and the raw techno loop ‘Pass The Peace’.
