Grainy opens the EP, showcasing Dold's knack for deep, cyclical techno with a minimalist, emotive edge. It’s skillful yet mesmerizing, with innovative synths rising and falling through minimal kick drums. Surface is another deep, captivating cut with a revving percussive funk and subtle synth pulses, adding a futuristic touch to the groove. The fantastic Blush brings warm synth touches and mechanical soul to a dynamic dub techno rhythm that bends the past with the present.
