After finally leaving behind his magnificent 2025 album Music Can Hear Us — a truly brilliant, uncategorizable work showcasing his twisted and inventive take on house — DJ Koze is ready to present new material. He does so with the pleasantly melodic, luminous, and relaxed “Spiralen,” another genre-blurring piece where layered synth lines, atmospheric female vocals, dreamy chords, and sustained synth strings soar over a deep house groove with Afro house touches and a playful rhythm.

On the B-side, the veteran German producer lets his taste for eccentric electronics, strange sounds, and deep, dusty grooves shine with “Wo’s Patric,” where music box-like melodies coexist with electronics as peculiar as they are unpredictable.
