Deas proves he has plenty of ideas (no? sorry) on this sparse, futuristic techno dispatch from Bau Muzik. Red throws you right into the heart of the dancefloor at 4 am, eyes wide open, strobe lights flashing, and sweat everywhere. Yellow is another rushing, tense, effervescent techno bomb that pulls you in without asking permission, and then things calm down a bit with the more restrained sounds of Black. It's an ethereal, light blend of rhythmically progressing loops that invite you in rather than push you away. Blue is a nimble, funky track that exudes a sense of coolness.
