We love a trip to Planet Rhythm because it always results in hearing high-quality, no-nonsense techno from key players. DBFB is behind this new white vinyl piece, which kicks off with the hard-hitting groove of Stroke and the undulating exuberance of its synths, before moving towards the pulsing and nocturnal sounds of the dub cut Rummage. 91 takes us back to a simpler time, when a marked kick drum and melted dub chords were all you needed to have a good time, while Resistance closes with a rawer touch and a percussive, hard-hitting techno beat.
