Danny Tenaglia - Tonight [Nervous]

Danny Tenaglia's new EP on Nervous Records features "Tonight" and "Out From Obscurity," plus a remix of his previous Nervous Records release, "Move That Body."

With "Tonight," Danny kicks off with the main track, offering both 'No Beats Intro' and 'Beats Intro' versions. In doing so, he manages to deliver, without a doubt, one of the most alluring and majestic openings we've heard in a long time.

And when 'Tonight' finally erupts, at around 1 minute and 30 seconds, with the most perfect of transitions, we suddenly find ourselves surfing a decadent surge of ethereal Rhodes, staccato bass, and hypnotic vocal work, flowing until it reaches its opulent and wonderfully soporific end.

Next up, we have DT's reinterpretation of George Vidal’s ‘Out From Obscurity’ – a true pressure cooker, a track that twists and interweaves a sense of balance, tension, and drama that slyly builds throughout its development. A stripped-down track with vibrant synths, tailor-made for the 2024 dancefloor.

Finally, closing out this exhilarating release, we have ANTRANIG’s remix of Danny and Cevin Fisher’s “Move That Body”… a fully tribalized groove, wrapped in a mix of visceral energy; carrying sweat, movement, and all that heat at its core, with a live and direct intensity.
