Debuting on Kompakt with a masterful, twisted remix of Gui Boratto's “Take Control” (KOMPAKT 302) in 2014, Miami DJ/producer DANNY DAZE had already made a name for himself with releases on influential labels like Ultramajic, Miami's own Omnidisc, Cómeme or Phantasy. But it was the raw and powerful SPEICHER 80 that really fired up our receptors.

Danny's formula — elastic, electro-infused techno — proved to be incredibly catchy and bass-heavy: a bold, futuristic and grooving vision for the dancefloor, which finds a brilliant continuation in his latest delivery.

Two new exercises in spontaneous chaos grace SPEICHER 91, with the devastating anthem SWIM opening a strange and fascinating parade of synth riffs, powerful beats, and pure arpeggio anarchy, while the flip side is hijacked by the robotic and sharp funk of MACHINE, Danny's second collaboration with TRANSLUCENT for Speicher, following the hard-hitting "Speaker Language" (KOMPAKT EXTRA 80).
