Following on from the certified hit status of their previous Poker Flat release earlier in the year, London duo Dan Berkson & James What return with another intense collaboration with their friend Robert Owens.

We have come to expect nothing but quality from this pair of sonic craftsmen, and this special delivery from their London studio is nothing short of magic. “Keep On” is a soulful vocal cut straight to the point, which keeps the energy firm on a modern and elegant house groove. Perfectly-tuned swinging beats work a deep sub-bass line that goes straight to the dance floor, allowing Owens' silky vocals to shine naturally.

The widely respected Martin Stimming, of Diynamic, delivers a superbly funky remix that uses the full vocal to tell an equally satisfying story, with true depth and soul. Stimming's characteristic unhurried build and steady flow honor Owens' performance, keeping it always at the forefront of the mix, while developing the track with floating and melodic orchestral sequences, a hallmark of his sound.

On the other hand, Dessous' emerging deep house talents and fellow Londoners, Two Armadillos, build something special with their remix, which ascends and ascends through mystical valleys shrouded in the moist glow of the early morning hours. A solid driving kick drum underpins an entirely enveloping deep house vibe, full of energy and their characteristic fusion of classic and modern.
