Cinthie - 803 Crystal Grooves 003

Cinthie launched the 803 Crystal Grooves label in 2018 with the aim of showcasing a new direction for her musical productions. She had just built her own studio and invested her time and money in a collection of vintage drum machines and synthesizers, which allowed her to create the sounds she had always loved and wished to create for many years.

The results led to great support from a variety of producers and DJs, and Cinthie's dancefloor-focused sound continues to evolve and develop here with the label's third release.

'Australian Summer' opens the package, a house cut with a Balearic touch featuring sun-drenched pad melodies, bubbling arpeggios, and choppy bass stabs alongside organic drums. 'Infinity' follows with sparkling chord sequences and crisp 909 drums.

'This Bomb Is Mine' leads the B-side, taking a more disco-oriented approach this time, with filtered string loops, undulating vocal murmurs, and shuffling drums. Then, 'Rave Like Noone Is Watching' completes the package; as its name suggests, it's a high-octane exercise designed for peak energy moments, with gritty rave stabs, piercing drums, and resonant acid licks.
