Carla Durisch unveils her debut EP 'I Just Wanna Dance' on Crosstown Rebels, with the label’s long-standing favourite and close friend Seth Troxler on remix duties.

Carla Durisch debuts on Damian Lazarus’ renowned Crosstown Rebels imprint, having appeared on Get Lost in Miami and Watergate Berlin, as well as having scheduled performances in Ibiza this summer alongside the label boss at Hï.

Guided by the captivating words of Nanghiti and Carla’s own vocals, 'I Just Wanna Dance' is an immersive and colourful journey through rich synths, refined drums, and shimmering stabs as it unfolds and descends throughout a captivating near seven-minute journey. Up next, 'Be The Thing' is a stripped-back, hypnotic house effort, where winding percussion fuses with sharp lead melodies and additional vocal interjections.

Needing little introduction, Seth Troxler’s remix of the lead cut is an example of the American at his very best, merging bubbling, acid-tinged bass patterns with shifty percussion and energetic synth lines for a psychedelic, late-night interpretation.
