We are pleased to welcome LA's re-edit crew, Boogie Down Edits. They kick off with their reworks of De La Soul, reinventing some of their most beloved hip-hop cuts as house jams ready to ignite the dance floor. With good judgment, they have decided to retain many of the key musical elements of the original material, subtly adjusting the grooves to facilitate mixing and maximize impact during peak hours.

We start with the relaxed hip-house beat of "Saturday," then move to a more jackin' and lively groove on the classic "Me Myself and I."

On the B-side, we find a bass-heavy hip-house style rework of "Buddy," closing out the package with a groovy, housey, vocoder-infused version of "Say No Go."

A great start for the BDE crew, stay tuned for what's next.
